No previous experience is necessary.
We cater for men and women of all ages and levels of fitness. The sessions are informal and cater to different levels of fitness and mobility within the group.
What you will need to bring:
An open mind, willing body, trainers or squash shoes, tracksuit or loose comfortable clothing. We provide the weaponry, masks and venue.
