Membership and Fees

Beginners' Course Fees
No membership fees are payable for those on the six week beginners course. No prior knowledge or experience for the adults' group is required. Members' ages range from 16 to 70+. All are welcome but those under 16 should go to the children's group. The minimum age for adults is 16. Find at more about the beginners' courses here.
Guests
Guest from other Clubs and occasional visitors pay an entrance fee of £10 per session (plus additional costs for any private lesson). Please note that the guest fee is intended for guests only and members from other clubs visiting us during the summer months. Regular fencers at the Club (i.e. anyone visiting more than ten times per year) must take out membership to participate.

Annual Members' Fees
To become a member of Swash & Buckle there is a one-off joining fee of £50 - please pay by direct debit monthly or in full through PayPal. Annual Membership thereafter is offered at three tiers:
Advanced Coaching
Individual lessons are available for advanced fencers at a cost of £15.00 per half an hour for members. All lessons will be charged at this rate and must be booked and paid for in advance through PayPal (click the "Add To Cart" button below). Members always have priority for individual lessons. Enquiries for non-members for private lessons should be addressed to Jacqueline McLean on 020 7404 3859, and are charged at a higher rate. Alternatively, speak to Ray Vallins at the Club during normal club opening hours.
Children's Member Fees
The cost for the children's group is £456 pa - to book this please click the 'Add to Cart' button below and pay in full. Alternatively, this may be paid in 12 equal installments of £38 per month. To pay for a children's membership by direct debit - select the PayPal option 'Course: Child' from below (joining fee is inclusive) or by standing order please email swashandbuckle@aol.com or call the club during opening times, so we can send you the form to complete and return to your bank.
Payment Options
Monthly Payment:- By direct debit through PayPal each month, just choose Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 below. When paying through PayPal the joining fee is inclusive.
- By standing order by requesting the form by email swashandbuckle@aol.com or speak to Ray Vallins at the Club during club opening times.
